Golden Beach

This waterfront residence demanded a construction process defined by accuracy and technical control. The exposed concrete roof was executed with exact formwork and finishing, while vertical façade and interior elements required perfect alignment across multiple trades. An oversized pivot door, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and custom aluminum cladding highlight the precision achieved at the envelope. Inside, a minimalist kitchen with seamless millwork and marble bathrooms were built with the same rigor. The floating staircase, anchored by glass supports, exemplifies structural engineering paired with fine craftsmanship. Ceilings with recessed lighting complete the residence, where every joint and transition was executed with discipline.
