This apartment underwent a full-scale remodel directed by HCD, where precision and material excellence guided every step of the process. Walls and layouts were redefined to accommodate a clean, open flow, while extensive use of natural stone and custom millwork brought a sense of permanence. Bathrooms were fully rebuilt, featuring striking bookmatched marble and handcrafted fixtures. The kitchen and bar area were executed with the same level of detail, integrating stone, metal accents, and tailored cabinetry. From structural work to final finishes, the project reflects HCD’s ability to deliver complexity with seamless execution.
