Buenavista Multifamily is an 8,500 SF ground-up residential build consisting of eight mid-luxury rental units, developed on a corner lot in Miami. As HCD’s first multifamily project built from the ground up, the scope included full-site preparation and infrastructure, including new sewer systems, sidewalk installation, and asphalt resurfacing. Every phase was executed with a focus on structural integrity, long-term performance, and disciplined project delivery from foundation through completion.
