Rio Vista Residence: A Work of Art

Posted by: HCD on Tuesday, February 3, 2015

HCD Group is proud to announce the completion of the Rio Vista Residence project! Designed by Añil Arquitectura, renowned South American architects, this unique residence located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was designed and built around four (4) amazing Oak trees, one (1) Sea Grape tree, and a 40 feet tall Pine tree. The house features incredible natural elements such as limestone that cover the entire exterior facade as well as the first floor of the residence.

Another feature that makes this project a masterpiece is the “one of a kind” 20 feet high by 5 feet wide metal main entry door. This door was without a doubt a great achievement for the HCD Group since it has never been seen or tried in the area before. HCD Group dedicated over a year to meet all the requirements from the county and the cities in order to be able to install it by Florida building codes. The result is a hurricane-resistant tested door that can now be implemented in South Florida by those who dare to have it. This dream door wouldn’t have been a reality without the support of Metal Arkt and the excellent craftsmanship of their people.

As the pictures show, this project has left HCD Group and all its partners with great pride and joy over the final product with the best moment of all being the official handover of the residence to its happy owner. To them we say: Thank you for you trust. It was a pleasure working with you, and we look forward to serving you again in the future.

Many thanks to our key partners in the project: 2F Consulting, Infinite Windows, Hector & Hector Custom Wood Work, Skylight Technologies, Metal Artk, RT Décor, Forever Pools, Eiranova Electrical, and HC Services.
